Facilities

Our facility is designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our campers. We have indoor and outdoor basketball courts, a swimming pool, and a playground. Our dormitories are equipped with air conditioning and medical staff are available 24/7 to ensure the safety and well-being of our campers.

Activities

Our campers participate in basketball drills and games, diabetes education classes, and fun activities such as talent shows and campfires. We also provide opportunities for our campers to learn about nutrition and healthy living.

Arrival & Departure

Camp Bru is a week-long camp that starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday. Parents or guardians are responsible for dropping off and picking up their children at the designated time and location.

Food & Drink

We provide our campers with three healthy meals and snacks each day, designed to meet the dietary needs of children with Type 1 Diabetes. Our campers get to try new foods and learn about healthy eating habits.

What is Camp Bru?

What are the sleeping arrangements?

Our campers stay in dormitories with other children of the same gender and age group. Each dormitory has a counselor who is responsible for their well-being.

Do campers need prior basketball experience?

No prior basketball experience is required. Our experienced coaches will provide instruction and support for campers of all skill levels.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at least 30 days before the start of camp to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of camp will not be refunded.

How many basketball classes will there be?

Our campers participate in basketball clinics and games throughout the week, with a focus on skill-building and teamwork. The exact number of classes varies depending on the age group and skill level of the campers.
